@Mashood,
Not sure if Ankara and Islamabad have signed dual citizenship treaty. Although they agreed in principle earlier but ratification is still awaited.
Secondly, Turkish are smart people, they've set their property prices in US$. In last few months lira has depreciated approx 35%, so their property price has gone up in TRY in nearly the same proportion. Wicked, isn't it?
Not sure about rental yield, I heard it is not that high. Better check it first hand and keep us updated about your findings.
I did not find this second passport attractive for quarter a million dollars (or 4 cror rupees) investment to get a visa free country list that excludes America, Canada, Europe, Australia, China and the likes. However, if she joins EU and get Schengen status, then it is different ball game altogether.
@ Mashood Khan, $250K for Turkish investment a good plan B, rental yields are very low, appreciation is low, may be in 10-20 years. Istnabul, alanya, bodrum are good cities, I may help next year 2021 for your investment, Stay in touch.OI
