It is RDA. Potential is good but please visit and ask around in market. I cannot give you assurance of any particular percentage increase.
Hi dear what about bahria orchard in there plot is in 15.5 lac and possession time is 1.5 or 2 years that place is save for investment?

If you can afford risk of investment in Pvt projects, go for Faisal Residencia or Faisal Town B Block files.

Another option is undeveloped sectors in Bahria phase 8.
Time is ripe for Foechs investment. Airport opening is around the corner. Second airport road thru thallian is already under construction. It will pass very near CBR-2 which is connected to Foechs main boulevard so connection is highly probable. Another road is on the plan for connection with I-16. Potential for FOECHS is not long term. It is short term. But Mr Raja as has been suggested it is advisable to also do your own due diligence and ask Foechs and cbr2 managements these questions to see if they satisfy you. Also ask in market for example I-16 property dealers. You will then know with more certainty. And kindly share your findings with us too.
Raja sb, yeh Paki-1 fraudiya hy... iss ki baaton pay mat jaana... koi road under construction nhe hy towards FOECHS.... aap khud visit ker lena, agar koi road under construction huwi from motorway towards FOECHS/ CBR, then plz tell this forum as well... yeh apnay plot baichnay k chakkar may hota hy in FOECHS, Cabinet, Multi etc...

Hi Khan FOECHS is actually way from my house that’s why i cut this option looking into other option i have my friend who bought plot in bahria phase 8 and its been 2 years no possession and one more thing they ask for more money asking for construction charges etc why they do this? i am very worried about this as you know the money is inheritance money from our family i wants to invest in secure society or even any other location where these problem is not an issue

Raja sahib I bought plots in phase 8 in 2011 and still no possession but value has quadrupled. Worst is over for the undeveloped part of phase 8. You can watch development work on google earth. I have 5 marla plots in sector M where current price is plus minus 20 lacks. All livable 5 marla plots there are now 27-28 lacks. So there is still growth potential. Development charges will be every where and infact its good for your property as it adds value.
But most important thing is keep digging the market until you find something suitable.
