Faisal town F-18 is a very good option. Find an open file of 30x60 without any installment paid. This will cost you 370k downpayment plus 650k appx profit. So total 1020k you can have it.
It will give you good returnts with in days even.and even if you want to keep it till possession. It will give you at least double.
Its just my opinion in your budget.
