I want to buy a house min 5 marla, I don't know much about Lahore property, heard about different projects of Eden, my budget is max Rs 50,00,000. I am interested in boundary wall scheme. Tell me that Eden is good place to live or to rent out ? I don't know how far it is from city. I want to buy near by or surrounding of Canal Road area, Gaddafi Stadium, or Gulberg. Please guide me or give me any other good alternative.

First of all I am not a property dealer, I am a contractor and looking for plots 5 marlas and we construct house and sell. During my visits around I found Park View Villas are the best for you as per your requirement.
Here One thing more, I believe that you have enough money to pay for 5 marla house, so i would recommend you to go for your own construction instead of buying constructed house. If you need any further help then do not hesitate to write me on this forum.

May I know the actual location of Park View Villas. I have heard about this and also saw the advertisement of same 5 marla house in Park View Villas in range of 3.2 to 3.8 m. I think its out side of city... could you guide me in this regard?

When you go along canal from Thokar Niaz Baig towards Baharia Town, you will find it on 4 km from Thokar. This society is on right side just after EME (EME is on left side).
Well I found there is nothing far away from city, I used to think the same some 10 years back but my perception is changed now. :)

Thanks. So how you evaluate the project of Eden? Is it good place to live or to rent out after purchasing, guide me for both. My interest is to rent out the house after buying.
I think for renting its better you talk to some property consultant in particular area, I don't have renting experience
