Guys, i want to build a personal home for my family in phase 6 or 8. Which phase do you think will be better investment in this regard? And in phase 8, when will they give posession e.G in t or x block? Also, which block seems best fit out residentially in phase 8?
People are saying there will be price hike in phase 8 after december, is this really true?
Also, do you think property prices in these phases will slump at any point near in the future or no?
