Dear Hussanian, I had a very bad experience with an Architecture. First ask him to give you a rough Map and check his commitment level. Never go for these people who just give their phone number without giving you any support. Go for the first meeting, with an idea in ur mind. Remember, always check his/her credibility before you make him work. Also dont pay him more then 30% and always pay in stages. I got the news the RDA, have good & Experienced architectures so you can go and check the team.
I am looking to prepare a map of my house. The plot is (4169 sft, 18.53 marla) in Canal Gardens Lahore.
