I have been following zameen.com since 3 months, even I reached on few flats but the flat rent & agent fee were totally unacceptable for me, in my introduction name is jeewat ram, have been working in software house since 3 years somewhere in karachi, from last 6 months I have finalized to move my family from hyderabad to karachi, I have been looking for flat of 3 bed + drawing room with suitable gallery, to move my family in karachi.
For me gulantan-e-joher, mosimiyat & gulashan-e-iqbal places are near & well secure for families, actually I am not interested in real estate agents because I don't have enough for them, I can pay about 12 to 15k rent for flat & other deposit amount discuss with owner, if in these places any flat owner looking for as same like me then please ping me here shorty, I will response back to you to visit & if all things will be OK will move my family.
