I need some help regarding my case. Please review and let me know what should i do next
I bought a portion (130 yards) in a building in gulistan-e-jauhar (karachi). The building had a total of 6 portions. There was just 1 family who was living in it.
Now i got the documents verified from 2-3 agents who gave me the feedback that the property is all legit and good (even the family living in it already had it verified too). Now i shifted in to my portion 2 months back. After just 1 month police came onto the house and said we have a case on the builder of these portions (case was of fraud/ acquiring land through forge documents through kda)
Now me and 1 more family had to go to the police station to give our statement. Now the builder is saying that he is innocent and bla bla. But i don`t trust him to be honest.
Can some one please guide me what should i do or what should be my next step (all the portions are sold now and all the owners got all verified kda documents etc)
