I own 2 plots in qulshan-e-maymar, block q(iii), 120-yards, east open bought in mid-2007 for some 16.25-16.5 lacs each. Unfortunately with unstable conditions, the prices have fallen to a large extent. Can u recommend me for how long are they to be kept? In case i sale one of it today, what is the expected price? Are prices expected to rise in the near future?
