I recently purchased a plot in Rafi Block for my residential use and am now considering starting construction. I’m currently gathering quotations from different builders. One builder informed me that Rafi Block has soil filling issues, and I may need to do piling up to 50 feet. This significantly impacts my budget, and now I’m unsure whether to proceed with construction or sell the plot.
Please advise me on what to do.

Yes. Rafi Block has filling issues. And in some cases one has to do piling upto 50Fts or far more. You can Move to Ali block or M Block. or you can still go for construction if you can increase your budget.

What about Abu Bakar Block? And also related to budget , how much extra it will cost me to construct the house in Rafi Block as compared to M block or Ali Block?

Abubaker block has good land. 7 marla plot is above 90 Lacs.
5 marla plots are available in Ali & M Block.

Today I did a soil test( the special one), the results were that the hard soil is at 26 feet.
Now should i go for construction?
