I am looking for a residential plot for myself with following specification:
1. Purpose: Investment.
2. Duration: 2 year.
3. Budget: upto 2.5 million. Can be extended to 5 million if installment option is available for one year.
4. Size: 5 Marla to 1 Kanal
5. Location: Islamabad
6. Preference: Safe investment with return.
I need your precious advice on selecting and buying a plot with above specification.

Sectors K,L,M,N are ex-Commonors town, right?
Whats your assessment on livability of these sectors? Do you see people living there in next 2-3 years?
Yes sir these are ex-comm…In 3 years i am seeing it much populated…Even some houses are under construction…I was amazed to see that ex federal secretary mohsin hafeez sb is living there.He built a 3 kanal house on highest ground in sector M…
Wow, so the Secy sb is enjoying his mini-farmhouse! Not a bad idea.
I haven't been to ex-common lately, didn;t know people have started living there. How many houses already built and how many occupied. Any idea?
@ isloo…Sir may be 10 to 15…Never counted them…But for investment it is the best place right now…especially high ground plots have very very beautiful view.
Sir in sector N 5 marla varies from 21 to 25 lacs…10 marla varies from 32 to 40 lacs…Btw you can contact me at 03455370978 if you want to buy a one at good price.
Mr Tariq N and P is better for investment 10 marla 2.8 to 3.5 million according to location.i bought 1 plot 10 marla in N 3 million and 1 plot in P 3.5 million. P is more better because of hight location.

DHA 2 X- Commoner't Town is no doubt the most safe and solid investment rite now in Zone 5.
Plus you can opt to invest in B-17 MPCHS E block ,they are giving possession in July this year.
Multi Orchards as well.

Nasir bahi you much promote top city before 2 months then you no more in Top city why?many people like me focus your advise.

I would like to ask is there any 1-Kanal plot for Rs.4Million, available in DHA-Phase2, where house construction can start after 3 years.

Again i am saying safe and good return are
1: Dha phase2 new blocks K,L,M,N,P
2: B-17 any block but more better E block because it's cheap for investment.
These two project will be give you good return in two years inshaAllah.
