Hi All,
I booked 4 Room Flat in Karachi , Project almost completed but now builders asking for 18 LAC to 20 LAC Rupees for Utility charges this is very high … (electricity , gas & Water etc… )
Could you please guide me is that the correct amount OR are they charging too high?
