I have one canal house at dha phase 5 which is currently rented, should i swap it with commercial property at bahria town? Is it a viable option for today and future?
If i would have been at your place,i would never even think of that…In my opinion its not a viable otion…Yes if you get something commercial in dha at good location then go for it.
