Need Advice On Urgent Basis

Hope all members will be fine.

I need an urgent and sincere advice from respected members regarding investment up to 7 million for 4/5 years.

I am considering following options:

1. 4 Marla commercial plot in DHA Valley (Rose block) worth of 43 lac + 3060 plot in Gulberg in 25 Lac.

2. 4 Marla commercial plot in DHA Valley + 25
50 plot in I-15 worth of 18 lac.

3. 1 Kanal plot in DHA Phase 1 Ext (DHA-4) worth of 62 lac.

4. 1 Kanal plot in Bahria Garden City worth of 64 lac.

5. 8 Marla plot in Bahria Enclave (42 lac) + 1200 sq yd home in Bahria Town Karachi.

Please guide me your sincere advice at your earliest.

Option 3 and 4 can give some descent return in long term.

No,1,2,5 i cannot predict

3,4 and 5 seems suitable to me..

Why don't you suggest DHA valley commercial plot for long run investment?

Because i dont see it developing even in next 4 to 6 years..

Rates are more or less same which you mentioned..

Also consider bahria enclave c1,10 marla plot in your budget..and 1 kanal plot at dha K,L,M,N.

Btw i have good deals available at dha and bahria enclave at very best prices,so for best deals you can contact me.

Well if i had such money and no rush then i would have gone with bahria town karachi commercial file. In five years it will be way ahead of everything, thats for sure.

In your scenarios 3,4 and 5 seems nice. Dont go with i15. Its not going to get developed even in 5 years and will have same electricity, water, sewerage problems thoughout its life.

1:Dha Phase2 N or P block.

2:Bahria Enclave.

3:B-17 C or E block.
