Would like expert opinion on where to invest in commercial area with the capital of 8 million? My plan is to build shops and rent them out after 8 years. Please advise which society is best or where to invest.
Commercial Properties are always a good investment and rate of return is too high as compared to residential.
In Islamabad, DHA 2 Commercial, Bahria Town Commercial or DHA valley commercial plus Bahria Enclave, Islamabad commercial is going to be the best investment if you can wait for 4-5 years, but as per your plan of 8 years, all these options are going to be fruitful.
