Need advice on Bahria Town phase 1 - 6.

Hi Sir,

I am planning to purchase 10 marla house in Bahria Town phase 1 - 6 new or old house kindly advise on my below questions

1. My budget is 8million is this enough?
2. What will be the rental value?
3. I am overseas Pakistani and no one is there to take care of the house is it safe investment in Bahria town I mean investment is safe even when you are not there ?
