Assalam o Alaikum to all,

I am currently living as a tenant near Model Town Link Road Lahore. I am thinking of buying a 5 Marla plot (or ready-made house, but that's not possible in my budget). My budget is about Rs. 1,500,000. I know it is very less considering current real estate market. However any suggestions would be appreciated. My priorities are following:

Up till recently I was thinking of DHA EME Phase 2, where 5 Marla plot is around the same price. But I hear that development is still very far away and the administration is still purchasing lands, maybe near Ravi area.

Just had a quick look at the search option and you may be able to buy in Central Park, Formanites, or Khayaban E Amin.

5 marla plot with ready possession in mumtaz city around 1.4 million. Bani gala where u can find 5 marla plot, marla price is around 2 lac to 2.5 lac depends on location.

@ slayer, haha, don't get personal brother, that might be a mistake from Mr. Ibrahim, and its understable for a person who he is already very busy over this forum :).

For Mr. Ibtesam ,

I think Mr. Arshad has given nice suggestion, although your budget seems little hard to fit in within requirements you mentioned e.g not too far from main city... While this definition of main city again depends from person to person... But I think for your current locality, Central park can be a nice option.

DHA Eme Phase 2 is a better option in this budget.

Who knows investor can switch to Isb from Lahore if opportunity is good…

Ghalti kisi se b ho sakti hy, don't make it a big issue. Here on this forum, every one is in search of some point to criticise senior members, this is very bad. We need to encourage our senior members like Syed Ibrahim Sb.
