Need Advice For Transferring Of House In Phase 4 DHA Karachi

Dear all sallam

I want to know the complete procedure to transfer house on my name after successful sale agreement.

Secondly which document i need to check before total payment. What are the steps i take to complete this deal?

Secondly some one told me that there is an official value of this house which is very lower then the market value price and I have to work and pay taxes on that value only.

Is it rite........... ?

I made 10% advance to seller party already via bank pay-order.

I hope some expert will reply to this post soon to address your query, if it doesn't happen, you can always talk to some estate agents since they know how this system works. Sorry for offering no help in this regard.

Mudassir there are few things you have to check before buying the house.

Do check the registry and confirm the ownership of the house.

Do check the map of the house as the house is completely structured upon the approved map or there are some portion of the house which is not in the map.

Check the meter of the house there should be no defect.

Check the house is visible in the society map also or not.

If the house is developed since long, check its property tax paid or not.

Check its bills are paid or not and confirm ownership on the bills also.

These are few things which i know to check before buying and also consulting an agent would be more helpful.
