A.O.A we recently moved to isb/rwp and are looking for a good society or sector to buy a 10 marla or a kanal residential plot in. Our budget is 11 million(1 crore 10 lakh) we visited e-16 society a few days ago the plots were fairly cheap and it also provided gas but it wasnt very developed any advice would be helpful on e-16 and suggestions would be very much appreciated thanks alot

you can get a 10 marla in faisal town c block, b-17 c1 or e block, FMC, top city, down blocks, Mumtaz city, Bahria enclave and many other places, let us know what is your main purpose of the plot, you want that for investment or for living?
for residential purposes we had like 2 crore for a 10 marla house but could not find a society with all the facilities and to buy in that range so i guess we will stick to buying a residential plot and build a house
