Need a fair piece of advice regarding plot in opf society and awt (lahorei have a 1-kanal plot in opf phase 1 lahore but i am very tight on my budget to contruct a house on it. A friend of mine has suggested to sell this plot for 8.5mn and buy a 1 kanal plot in awt phase-1 lahore for about 5mn and spend 3.5mn on contruction.Do you think this would be right move considering all options.
Any suggestion and advices are welcome.
Dear house in AWT is not a bad option considering your budget constraint. But keep in mind that still there is not enough security at night time. Its very quite in evening there. But one thing is sure once ring road will be constructed you will gain IA. 10 marla average plot in bahria is min 60 lacs. So you can guess the difference.
@IM can you please tell if there is any other turn-off (other thsn security) in getting house in AWT.?Also tell the potential in this society from investment point of view because people are saying that after development of LDA Avenue this society will become just like PIA and Valencia after Wapda Town developed.
