Sector C 10 marla on installments would be a good option for you.

Sector C plot of ten marla is 65 lacs and the dealers sold it for 70 lacs and than again sold for 78 lacs (partially 50% of the plots). You can get plot in new for map for a price less than 60 lacs. However, I advised you to buy in C or C1 as it is the best location but you must have a budget of 75 lacs, which will increase to 85-90 in the next six months as per Bahria Management new launching of Green Valley, City Center etc.
Try to get some thing in Sector A, but I think the location will not be ideal in 65 lacs ranges. If you can increase it to 70 lacs, you might get possession plot in Sector A.
Althoug the location of Sector C is very good but devlopment is an issue at the moment.
Sector F new map plots around 60 lacs could be a very good option if you can get one.
Sector C1 is almost developed but location is not as good as Sector A and C.
If you are interested for investment, I would suggest to buy 5/ 8 marla old file all dues clear.
