Any one knows situation about national cooperative housing society near sihala? I ve visited site can someone recommend if i should go for purchasing 1 kanal plot, will cost around 16 lack
Brother a genuine advice would be to stay away. It was a lot cheaper a few months back and the society has no future, at-least in a decade or so to come. Dont be mislead by one or two machines working there, they are there before society elections and alike marketing gimmicks.
16 lac for a Kanal can be a big temptation, however, a 5 marla possession is a million times better that a 1 kanal file in the mid of nowhere...
Thanks Brother Imtiaz, we are suppose to pay 3 lack 80000 initially, and as per society ballot will be held in June and after that possession will be given, rest if amount will be development cahrges that we are suppose to pay depending upon development that happens. Sincere advice form Mr.Itiaz it has no future in current decad.mostly propety dealer have convincing for the decesion but the situation is, that available land is to short against issued files.stay away…

try to check the NOC for any society by RDA or CDA before any investment or at-least if no no NOC, at-least there is planning permission approved. These days there are more actions against societies with no NOC. Try to see some approved societies for 5 Marla plot on installments near new ISB Airport. That will be secure and bring you more return in years to come.
Some one told me about National Cooperative Society, last year, I did some checks and talked to a few people and I decided it was not a right place for me to invest.

What is your take on H13 Paris city thanks
The location is good for Paris City. Not sure about the prices, may be on higher end and not sure about the standard of the infrastructure. In a similar price I-12 can be a better option and may be I-14.
For small and secure investment with good return and growth try to explore FOECHS and CBR Phase 2. They are good at the moment and rising, next to CDA sector I/16
