Dear sir .I m living in dubai but i m from karachi pakistan and i bought one house 200yards in malir area in 2016 december on cost of 42lakh rs under my younger brother on power of attorney( as i m living in dubai and i was not able to be there for the documents and legal purpose) so it is more than a year and i want to changed under my name but i came to know power of attorney is lost so please advise how we can solved this issue .
