Long ago I posted above question but noone gave me correct answer even though I clearly explained my case & area ...

Anyhow now that I went through the procedure it was simple you just write an application and walk down to Patwar Khana Office The complete application can be prepaired through any legal document writer for fee of just Rs.300 thats it ......... No need of lawyer if The mutation is going in the name of all relatives of deceased......

My Muttation is still in process and once complete I will post everything at some blog ........

However its a pitty that this property related paki site donot help in even basic questions related to property related procedures..... Probably the same typical Pakistani mentality is at work i.e Donot help for free and keep the hard learned information to yourself ... Shame

Finally I found both of the answers below funny and totally irrelevant in my case/area..... But at least they answered however surprisingly no senior member even bother to answer...

HI Sabiha,

Required documents are"-

1) Allotment letter/possession letter of the house from the society

2) For transfer of ownership with consent of all your brother and sisters if your father haven't write any will then all of your brothers and sisters(if any) have to give power of attorney in favour of 1 person(any daughter or son) for the transfer of the house.

3) After that lawyer will file your case in court and after court orders your deceased father house will be transferred on your name.

Sabiha,

I can also recommend you a lawyer if you wish to higher the services of one.
