What is your view on Mumtaz City housing scheme?
I am looking to buy 10 Marla plot. What are the prices of 5-10 Marla plots?
It's really good project,good development and nice location.

Agree with Nadeem sahib but I have big concern on access which at the moment very big question for two very good located project i.e. Mumtaz City and Top City. Regards

Both schemes( Top city and mumtaz city) are from same and single owner,totally one man show,high risks involved
As risk factor is high so profit margin will also high if things go favourably .. Not recommended for investors and real buyerss only for the gamblers . And rather for the gamblers a word of caution that much juice has already gone

Top City and Mumtaz City does not belong to a single owner, it was before in 2005, now they are totally different owners.

Mumtaz City and TOP City are owned by different people and both are good investments.

When i was in Pakistan ,back in dec 2013, and was trying to invest my money somewhere,,at that time some ,apparently very nice dealers were very strongly recommending me top city and faisal town,,
i didn't invest there, bcz i was confused of the pure isolated distance ,and away from main pindi/islamabad, so away from saddar ,hospitals etc,
was i right??

Manyof my friends invested in TC abd everyone is stuck.
