I have a question Why people are more towards top city compared to Mumtaz City any specific reason.
Chenab associates has monopoly in Mumtaz City. Dealers are discouraged

This is because TopCity-1 has direct access from Motorway. I visited the site few weeks ago and got the information that only TopCity-1 will have main entrance from Motorway. While someone who wants to access MC will have to pass TC first.
Also, TC is claiming to build Pakistan's first Smart City. Let's see how much they deliver of what has been committed!

I agree with wajahat that chenab associates has monopoly in Mumtaz City.
as far as direct access from KH is concerned both the societies will get the the access form the same interchange.
I think rather than monopoly - Topcity has done better marketing and developed better relations with dealers. Consequently dealers promote top city. No dealer as such promotes Mumtaz city.
TC had done in terms of better marketing and advertisements, that is the reason, more people know about the TopCity rather than MumtazCity.....
Dealer network of TC is huge as compared to MC.
