Reasons described by Mr.Khan & MasterInvestor are valid. However another major reason behind investors interest in TC rather than MC is quick returns in TC.
TC is like PSX & day traders love to invest in it. Long term investors would love to invest in MC But the current position is same for both TC/MC.

Sir there is no option on installments in both societies however after month or 2 TopCity will launch new plots on installments then u can get there.
