For non possession, residential plots, which block is better for investment. The blocks where development work is going on and possession is expected within a year ?
In 55-60 lacs budget which size plot can be available, ON GROUND & DEVELOPMENT WORK IN PROGRESS.

As of today it is 75+.
You might get anything between 70-75 but that will not be a good location.

However today a dealer was offering me a 40x90 in 120-125 range.

There are news that gas supply will be started soon and that may attract some end users..also the inauguration of Metro will have an impact.
About the plot num, the location is a bit compromised because of the proximity of the heighted wall of Gandhara City and the plot facing towards it.

Dear ur plot's current realistic value is around 85 lac, as Khan sb wrote earlier that if you don't have any need then it's better hold it for some time.
And if you want to convert it into 40x90 then keep in mind that 40x90 plot's current price is around 125 lac.

Could this be another boost for Mumtaz, Top City?. As the govt seems to be determined to operationalize Metro service in some form, on the Peshawar Morr - Airport route very soon, even before the buses are procured.
