Dear ihsan Multi is getting response just because of there high reputation otherwise location of that project is far away from islamabad good for those people who are living in taxila or wah cant. Right now on old files profit is around one lac rupee. Multi gm ch majeed also launched there personal project behind f 17 known as faisal town prices are high but booking completed with in 2 days

Today i was on motorway and saw some work in multi orchards they are working there. Cant predict aboutprices of multi residential scheme so far due to distance chances are less
Actually this scheme(muti residencia) is very famous among people of wah cantt,hassan abdal,texella harrypur and hattar.So rate ll go very high like the other good schemes of wah cantt. On the other hand their farm house scheme is famous all over becoz of their size and very very good infrastructure. A lot of people are interested in it specially overseas. Their b-17 is also going to populated in 2 years and this scheme is only 9 kilometer away from farm houses.
@syed ibrahim, i appreciate your effort in the forum by helping others specially overseas who got no idea. I guess you've good knowledge of islamabad real estate. Can you please advice me where should i invest for a good returns. I've no clue and your help would be great. Please advice in detail like project, sectors, blocks etc for convenience. My budget is arround 2m pkr. Also i heard that lahore is better to invest as compare to islamabad. Is that right? Regards.
Dear mr kamal Ist of all i will excuse that i am not aware of lahore property so cant compare both of them. What is ur investment time frame plus will u construct it in future plus r u aware about zone 2 and zone 5 ?
Now a days prices in dha phase 9 are increasing at a good speed. Experts are predicting more increase in the near future.
For orchards they are planning to give posession in next june like after 1 year , i visited site last week and development work is going on , on fast pace , location is excellent i would say perfect for farm house
I feel islamabad orchard farm house by multi is the best investment in all pakistan and if u can keep ur investment for 5 year.It is just like a lottery.In five year one 5 kanal plot can reach till five crore even.

Please can u explain what we could expect from residencia, as prices just leveled after two year of your prediction. From now we either expect prices go in positive direction or negative will prevail.

Multi Redidencia was never a good option. Initial good response was just because of Multi name & people saw good profits in B-17 & Orchards & jumped into residecia.
I said same 2 years back in other threads & time is proving that I was right.
Hind sight is always 20 20. If property trend had continued upwards ros would have benefited too. A break was needed in 2014 and perhaps 2015 for the long term upward trend to continue
Keeping all factors constant, residentia and farmhouses prices will gradually slide upward as house construction starts. I visited ROS today and saw three farmhouses have erected boundary wall. I think population will move in once basic amenities and markets are developed.
Residentia is all set to build houses. Roads, parks, etc all in place.
But isloo bhai they've still not completed street 5 in Block C and my farmhouse is the second last plot at the end of that street. The road reaches to only half of my plot on the right.
After that the street ends up in front of a wall of earth/solid land or small hill. If you climb it you see crops, farmland and in the distance a small village on top.
Isloo bhai can you check with society officers and let me know when my plot will be ready? It will be very very very appreciated sir..
