Multi is rumored to launch Multi Park or Multi Enclave with in next week with a hefty price tag of 48 lac for a 30x60 plot… What are the opinions of multi gurus on investment at this place?? Every opinion would be valuable.
SAADI sab i am not a Guru but in my opinion don't invest any of Multi project even they launch with price of 30/60 in 38lakh because they not yet clear B-17 and going to start new block with name of F,people are still suffering in D and E blocks of B-17,more better to stay with Dha even go to Lahore phase8 or other projects of Dha.
It's just my opinion.

I have been going through your different posts, all are same with badmouthing MPCHS. I feel sorry for your 10 million investment going down.
If for a second anyone give you possession in E Block tomorrow morning, are ready to live there? Even you need at least three months to build a property. Please try to understand the facts and stop blaming MPCHS.
@ anees sb…Sir its not about building a property…its all about trust and repute…Multi should give possession of E block first as they have already exceeded many dead lines…Obviously a person with hard earned cannot see his investment going down like this and what about much awaited d block development and possession…Now multi is trying to adopt policies of bahria but the should remember that bahria is bahria and it is the king maker which can shake the market in hours…Even cda is nothing in front of bahria…

With regards to argument, I will second you and Mr. Nadeem.
However, logically Block D and E are and still is supposed to be for investment point of view. Who asked Mr. Nadeem to invest 10 million(1 Crore) PKR in files waiting for maturity. He could have got 02 40x80 plots with prime location in Block B with this investment.
He made investment, he should wait for it to mature.

Dear Khan Bhai, I visited F.T office yesterday to have a look of MAP but they don't show it and say it is ok and will be out by the end of this month.
I guess they will open the map when 4th installment will be due i.e in Jun 2014 in order to increase the investment to start development. May be they will allot numbers to only those who submit 4th installment.

I am sorry Anees sab if you feel bad but it's reality,yes i invested first time in zone2 B-17 E block and TOP CITY,it's also true that i invested 11 million in B-17 which is now 10 million,i am not worry about my 1 million because i am going up in zone5 Dha phase2 and Bahria phase7 and phase8,now i am coming to the point that why i am crying?what Multi did for new investors?how they out the map without clear the land?how Panjab Gov instaled BAAT UL MALL boards in E block?why they did't clear the D block?what they done for investors who suffering in D?i clear already that i am not Multi Enemy,this is not a matter of prices because market is slow all over,i just want that they should clear the issues which they have in D and E blocks,i want to save innocent people who like to invest in F block so they can understand the ground reality.

@ Saadi DHA also have a list of flop projects. DHA phase 2 extension launched with multi phase 1 and see the difference of development between both so don’t distort the facts and accept in Islamabad market multi reputation is much better than DHA
@ Nadeem just go to Google earth and compare the development with map. BAITUL MAL area is very small. Phase 8 launched much before than E block and still many blocks development is lagging behind from E block. DHA valley launched after one year of E block and see the difference. Kindly dont compare Phase 7 with E block otherwise I will compare Phase 7 with E 11
