Some very informative threads about the immensely important multi orchards scheme have been closed down. This is very unfortunate.
Sir/Madam, it is not a good time to close down these threads because the project is now ready for possession and all eyes are on it.
Kindly, can you open the following closed threads:
- islamabad orchards
- why not use a farmhouse as your normal, traditional family home?
- 4 kanal gulberg greens -vs- 5 kanal multi orchards
Just because gulberg green supporters become aggressive and abusive on hearing the name of Multi Orchard, you have closed down multi orchards threads.
Let me explain why they become abusive whenever someone praises Multi Orchards. The reason is very simple indeed: Gulberg Green price graph has been severely dented by Multi Orchards - a scheme that has given to farmhouse enthusiasts a more affordable and better option in terms of value for money!
In Multi's scheme, you can buy a 5 kanal plot in a state of the art developed scheme with access through motorway and kashmir highway. Additional access to top of the line schools and health facitlies at Wah Cantt which is 5-6 km distance. And Multi Orchards has much better landscape at the Project Site. See it for yourself. Excellent view of green Taxila Mountains, much more level and fertile land surrounded by lush green environment. No congested residential areas around the project as you have in Gulberg.
At a much lower price, Multi has given buyers a better alternative. In other words an incentive to choose Orchards over the highly overpriced Gulberg Green. So Gulberg price graph has not increased as much as they wanted.
So they hate Multi for providing affordable excellent farmhouse options to middle class overseas and local Pakistanis. This is why they are attacking Multi Orchards whenever someone says anything positive about multi orchards. They start coming and attacking multi like zombies to say negative things about a project that is fabulous by every standard and yardstick.
So dear Zameen Management kindly open these closed threads especially "Islamabad Orchards".
Lastly I need Multi supporters to give their views here and support this request.

They hate Multi for doing good and winning hearts by providing very good affordable farmhouse options to public.

I agree with pardesi, why to close such informative threads, the reader and the property searchers do need many informative points as well ,

Agree, threads should be reopened , if there are concerns about abuse then these could be addressed by better moderation and not by closing the threads .

In the meantime, is there any further update on opening of possession?
We are going to unlock 'Islamabad Orchard' thread on contributors' request. We will keep an eye on the thread and even a slight discussion off the topic will lead to locking of thread.
