The above society has project in 17-F. I have a plot 40x80 size plot in good location and thinking to sell it.
Would you please advise if it is good time to sell it or wait till the new airport starts in operation.

If your plot in f-17 (t&t), just hold it, the prices well be rises. Because land claring is in progress and develping work is for stand by position.
Dear brother If ur plot is in multi scheme then hold it for 2 months sale if after general elections and june financial budget because now a days market is slow due to these up[coming events
Now a days it is defiantly not preferable to sell property hold it for like as our senior authority syed ibrahim said for two months but according to my opinion two or like four months at max. Because in 3 - 4 months whole picture would be crystal clear.
