Moving to islamabad

Dear gents,

I want to move to islamabad for livng. Your expert opinion is required that where should i buy plot..? Dha phase 2, bahria town 1 to 6, bahria enclave or cda sectors.

Considering the points that distance from good hospital, solledge/university, living facilities.Utilities like water, electricity, gas.

Please share your experiences.

Thanks

If you plan for CDA Sector then I have my own plot selling in I-11/2 (25*40) on reasonable price. I bought last year was planning to move back Pakistan but now plan changed. Sector is almost developed. You can check progress yourself. Many houses already build.

Benefits:

->Metro Cash & Carry and Fruit Mandy in walking distance

->NUST, FAST and Islamic Universities are 5 mint drive

->NESCOM hospital is also at walking distance but not sure if you would get any benefit of that.

->5 mint drive to Kashmir highway.

Sir firts of all u need to mention about your preferences and approximate budget so that one can guide accordingly.

Biggest question is budget. Islamabad is game of money only as property prices has soared to unbelievable levels in recent years.

From the options you mentioned. I think Bahria provides best living standards. DHA is also good but unable to provide 24HR electricity.

CDA sectors have severe water shortage, cleanliness and security problems. CDA management is totally useless. But prices are very high because chinese has been allowed by government to purchase property. Which is totally unfair for Pakistan citizens.
