For immediate living G-15, F-15/1, DHA2 K-P blocks, G-13, G-14/4, D-12 after some time. These are also good for investment and prices are rising here.
If you do not intend for immediate living then nadeem bhai has given very good options consider them.
and what is your budget as these places are expensive considering 1 kanal size
I would go by Nadeem’s suggestion after swapping order of first two options (Ph.8 and Enclave).
