Honestly, for a while now, i have been hoping that the government is finally done with real estate and that they aren't going to drop any new bomb-shells on us. However, hearing what fbr chairman shabbar zaidi said yesterday about real estate still providing a parking place for "grey" money, i am not so sure anymore. What do you guys think?
Did anyone bother telling these turnips in the government about ripping the band-aid once and for all?
I don’t think there is a single industry completely free of corruption. So this statement does not come as a surprise to me. Besides, those who want to maintain their grey money will always find a way to do so. Point being that while dedicated efforts are needed to eradicate such elements, they can’t be fool proof.
