I am retiring from print media , pls advice best possible opportunity , i have one plot of 300 sq yard in dck dha city karachi .
My question is that i need monthly income or i sale the plot & buy apartment & get rent or i hold further more to increase the price .
How long should i hold it for better price or this price is ok.
