How can one deal with a landlord (represented by property agent as actual landlord is abroad, but the property agent is not ethical) who has misrepresented the gas situation (illegal connection, shared), promised a proper connection soon, duped the tenant into paying the gas bill for multiple households on that meter, then cut off the gas when asked for documentation about the gas bill?
The tenant (lady) is moving out and the landlord may pilfer the security amount or cause other nuisance (been ringing doorbell late night to scare tenant off of complaining).
To whom does the tenant complain, in islamabad?
