I can just hope that people from Pizza Hut, McDonald's, KFC, Subway, Mr. Cod and Domino read this post and have a set up there ASAP :)
Until that happens, i guess we have to stick to exploring the valley and local food.

Dear Ali hope someone got the same you have in your brains of opening a franchise of any international food chain. Why don't you talk to some investors over there to fulfill the nice dream you have.. May be someone agrees to consider your point to get it built.
Or other wise Miss Samra have told you what to do else wise ;)

Lol... Ali saab, a good issue brought up about mirpur though, however, i would have to disagree as it would not make much different to the real estate in mirpur. Mirpur has not been the same this past decade or so, as property prices appear to have fallen big time and frozen and has been like that for some time now, nothing new. So doubt opening up a franchise would boost property prices, but in terms of making money, its good idea, you should get in touch with the franchisees and invest in one as you mentioned, it would be busy!
