My father had bought a 500 sq yards plot in the society in 2006 paying around 500,000. The seller had paid 100,000 to the society towards the cost of land and 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th installment.
My father is considering selling the plot now.
Could someone please advise the market value of the plot these days?
I also thought about buying it from him. Would that be a good decision if I kept it for 4-5 years?
