I don't know why am I asking this but still curious to know will the Metro bus project have any impact on the property prices of Zone 1 especially those areas in close proximity like the G sectors especially G-8?

Yes, the prices of G-8 and G-9 will increase for sure.

finally i heard metro bus will not have any stop points in islamabad but will have many in pindi. I do not know how true is this. Can you confirm this?
It will have a few stops in Islamabad as well. The project is for the residents of twin cities not for Rawalpindi only.

It has stops in Islamabad after every some kms infact many stops.
The demands of people for properties in close proximity are already increasing, it is not just because of Metro bus, Kashmir Highway plus Peshawar Mor flyover will also play it's role.
For sure sir, when prices in G-8 and G-9 will increase, it will have postive impact on G-11 prices as well, but we can not compare G-11 with Zero point.
In my opinion, prices in these sectors have already been stabilized since long…Metro bus may have No to Least effect on the prices of plots…but definitely the prices will increase as soon as the real estate business starts to gain positive momentum in twin cities.
