I own a plot in mehran town sector 6g (240 yards). I bought it in 2007, but it is now an encroached plot. I have heard that people are filing cases to get their plots freed. Can someone please guide me in this area and also what kind of costs and timeline am i looking at for this process? Jak for anyone who can provide me with information in this matter.
