Want to sell 7 Marla plot in Jubilee Town C block and 10 Marla in T & T Abpara what are the rate at these societies?

Mr. Faizan, in my opinion, the average rate is Rupees 4.5 lacs per marla in Jubilee town, +/- depending on the location.
However, in T n T Aab para, the average rate is from Rs. 2.5 lacs/marla to 3.2 lacs/marla, depending on location.
Rest ALLAH knows better.
