Does anyone know the formula to calculate material item one by one to finalize the cost to build a house. Example cement, bricks, sand etc.

There are certain formulas that are 80 to 90% accurate rest depends on the land,drawings,To estimate sand and crush is simply a guess work.
Bricks can be calculated.
If you add all the walls in lenght only and multiply with the height (10 feet) that should give you and answer just add another zero at the end of the amount. Still you have to take out the doors and windows and beams. If you tell the covered area of your house than more accurate estimate can be given...
