Market Update Required From Dealers !!

Kindly update the market price of a corner plot no 10 , street no 3 , sector e, phase 2 , dhai islamabad . It’s a one kanal plot to be exact !!!

You can get a pretty good idea about the asking price of plots by browsing Zameen per se. I browsed the site and the figure I came up with for a 1 kanal corner plot in Sector E DHAI was around Rs 9-10 million. In fact if you take a look you'd see that plot no 26, which is also in Sector E DHAI is going for Rs 10,500,000. :)

I always encourage people to browse the site when trying to get an idea about the market price. More often than not, it can be fascinating.

I’m sorry, but zameen.Com users ask for up to 20% higher than the market rate. I would not estimate the plot to be more than 85-90 lacs.

I am sure zameen.Com does not have any share in the profit like dealer :). Isn't that? The whole matter revolves around both the parties - seller and buyer. In fact pakistani real estate market is experiencing tremendous growth and changes too. And it is quite common in the selling market to ask a price which could be settled at a 10 to 15% minimal of the demanding price.

Zameen.Com has nothing to do with the prices, infact these prics are demanded by the seller directly.

That is why i said “zameen.Com users” and not zameen.Com itself. I wasn’t trying to imply that this platform has to do anything with it. My estimate is realistic regardless.

Dear @ Harris, its all your choice how much you want for your property and same is being done by the other users on other platforms. People usually do this so they can remove the bargain margin from the price leaving them with a handsome amount. This is infact right to every seller what say you Harris isn’t that so ??

It is surely a right of every seller to ask what ever they want. But:

  1. Half the people asking 'upto' 20% more than the market rate are not sellers. They are dealers.
  2. I think the reason is not to remove the margin for bargaining. They just want to rip people off who are trying to take advantage of the technology. Besides it just helps to ask the same amount as everyone else around.

Hey don't know if someone high up is reading this but guys this forum really needs to be at par with the others in terms of operability, for one, please allow html so people can share photos and stuff. And second, they way automated system changes the text from upper case to lower case, is just ridiculously frustrating. Please take a notice.

Am not sure about the current rates but just looked at the map. Its well located with south north direction which is very good
