Market price of 900 sq foot flat

I have a flat in G-11/3 off Ibn e Seena Road in Fed. Govt. Employees Housing Foundation flats. It's a 900 sq ft flat with two bedrooms two washrooms one store one kitchen and one lounge. It's on the third floor. I have also built a covered car porch. Please tell me wot is its market price these days?

Dear Salman,

Is gas available there? And also any renovation? Generally 3rd floor prices are around Rs 34 to 38 lac but it varies.

The gas is not available. but it has a covered car porch on the ground plus I have installed cupboards and cabinets in the kitchen and store too.
