Why no one is talking about Margalla retreat project?

CDA itself is on retreat thats why, they have these imaginary projects everywhere and nobody takes CDA serious anymore.
Its a failing, ill lazy organisation, working to mint money for some and still surviving on the past goodwill and glory, but for how long?
I don’t think it is even advertised, but some plots already sold to Big Wigs.

You are right from one point of view , but ones loss is some one others benefit, who earned goodwill and glory after downfall of cda?

Due to economic fall in Pakistan, no one will tell you that what`s the issue with it. If you visit their office then they will also misguide you because development is very slow. I liked the information that you people shared over here.

It was advirtzed but no allotment or develpoment was made!! But I wonder why it is still on the website of CDA. I think court stopped CDA at that time to start this project due to some rules and regulations of CDA (CDA wanted it to complete through a joint venture but there were some legal issues on which apex court stopped CDA)
