Dear brothers
I submitted one kanal house map (45 x 100) to sukh chyan garden housing scheme lahore. Covered areas:
Basement = 1508 sq.Ft
G.F = 3266 sq.Ft
F.F= 3009 sq.Ft
Mumty = 183 sq.Ft
Total= 7966 sq.Ft
We have been told by sukh chyan office that max covered area for one kanal house including all floors cannot exceed 6300 sq. Ft. But 6300 sq. Ft, basement is not possible. I wounder how people construct basement and still can limit within 6300 limits? I have been told that lda will approve this but it is the society that is objecting it. Can a private society for lda is the approval authority can override lda bylaws? Is there a way or we need to eliminate basement?
