Sounds like a good location for private clinics and pharmacies due to it’s close commute to MH.

Well, for one, the project’s chosen locality of Saddar does increase its chances of being a good investment. On the other hand, it being a mixed-use project also plays a similar role. More options, more opportunities. I am optimistic that it will actually live up to its hype.

Mr Sufiyan what about Florence Mall or similar projects where company gives monthly rent from the completion of full payment and owner also get annual profit on selling back the unit to the company.

Friends, any project that promises 20-26% ROI per annum should start ringing alarm bells as a ponzi scheme. In the real world you are extremely lucky to get a 10% ROI per annum on a genuine investment.

Yes, agreed. 20-26% ROI lambi chori hai, honestly. Given the choice, I would prefer Mall 35 over Florence Galleria at least from what I know about both the projects – if your preferred shops are still available in it because a lot of it is sold out.
