I have many friends who paid 1 lakh registration hoping to go in balloting for free.
Wah rey malik riaz saab ... Chaa gaye hou tusi ... 2.25 crore from one applicant .... Buhat ooncha haaath maar rahay hein iss dafa :)
Even the refund policy of 1 lakh registration is not clear. They said they will let us know after 12th June.
I am suspecting they will not refund in cash. They will adjust this amount in some other bahria town project.

This everyone has to know before investing that how can a commercial plot( if the size is 5 Marla) can come less than this amount in any good scheme.
Total price of 1 kanal commercial is 16 Crore.Some reliable sources told me before forms came in market.
But the thing is .... Before submitting registration forms, my friend called Bahria office and asked if any down payment would be required for balloting, they said No. All registered members will go to balloting free of cost
Now they are asking for 2.25 crore down payment to enroll for balloting. The total cost of 1 Kanal commercial plot is around 15-16 crores. For sure they will go in negative and no one will buy.
People did registration in hope of getting a plot and they will sell it on profit quickly :)
Bahria town is fraud, earlier they said we are doing registration in advance, and you have to pay nothing to be included in balloting, even in the advertisement nothing is written like this. But now if you check with the helpline they are telling that balloting forms are free, but you need to deposit down payment of 2 crore 25 lac and Twenty thousand along with the balloting & registration form. How they can ask for down payment for some plot for which i am not successful yet. Regarding refund policy you will get 85000 Rs refund as per their helpline, and the procedure for getting refund will be announced after 12th June 2015. Well done Malik.
Not the first time Bahria has lied. To be honest your friend should have been more careful.
Paying bahria a penny these days is a foolish thought
If wat sheik sb is saying is correct then he simply robbed the people.
Unfair policy from Bahria Town, earlier they said everyone who is registered with payment of Rs 100,000/- will be entitled and will be included in the balloting.(10,000 Rs is processing fee and 90,000 Rs is registration fee to be included in the balloting).
Now they are asking for Rs 2 crore , 25 lac, 20 thousand Rs down payment for inclusion in balloting along with the balloting form.
Why someone will deposit down payment before, that is ridiculous and quite shameful for an organization like Bahria Town.
Once you deposit crores then forget about refund,everyone will be successful in the air
Moral:- Greed is a curse.
Bahria definitely needs such gimmick to generate funds, otherwise, their cash flow is in serious jeopardy. BE-1 and BTK are not cash cows anymore due to merger (buy-back) of BE-2.
Bahris is holding back all new projects waiting for their market to rise so that they can encash in multiples.
About this 2.25 cror drama.... Everything is fair in love and real estate business!
Why blame Bahria only, what about greedy investors who jump into every Bahria project just to earn Millions overnight? Cant they see what Bahria is doing with previous projects?
People never learn lesson they should stop trusting them,if none is intrested the rate will not be even 2 crore but bahria know folish people will blindly trust him and he will rob them.
Balloting is just drama, everyone who deposits 2.25 crore will get a plot for sure.
Because only a stupid person will give 2.25 crore to malik riaz.
