I have a budget upto Rs. 20 lac. I want to purchase a 1-K (500 yards) plot in islamabad which is best for both investment purpose and for building a house in near future.
Or
Where should I invest this much amount for a handsome financial return with in 2/3 years from the real estate at Islamabad.
Any good advice/suggestion please.
Sir 5 marla plot in sector N (ex commoners) dha phase 2 is a good investment…
1 Kanal in 20 Lacs looks impossible in current scenario that too in Islamabad, you can buy a file or a certificate in that price, DHA 2 Extension 1 kanal file you can get that in 22 lacs.

for 2 to 3 years u have to compromise ur location a little, u can get one kanal plot in e 19 specially in that area where possession is handed over and price is around 13 lac all dues clear.
jkchs zone 5 is another option where u can get one kanal plot in ur range
both above mentioned options are for long term investment 3 to 5 years.

Vetran is a private society sorrounded by some well known societies like AWT,ECHS and MoC (E-19). Though there is no development as such but u can have 1 kanal in 15 - 18 lac i guess.

If you have so much time as 3-5 years, you should give DHA 2 extension a serious thought.
So far there's been no development and neither is there any plan for it, but it should be on it's way in the said time frame.
